Traditional Latin High Mass

Thursday, June 24th at 7PM

A Sung High Mass will be offered in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite on THURSDAY, JUNE 24TH AT 7PM for the Increase in Vocations to Priesthood & Religious Life by Rev. Sean Connelly of the Archdiocese of New York. The feast is the Nativity of St. John the Baptist.
The Extraordinary Form of the Mass is using the traditional structure of the Mass from 1962. All are welcome. A Sung High Mass has full musical accompaniment, but without the full ceremonial of a Solemn High Mass. Sung Mass is so called because many of the prayers of the Mass are sung by the priest or choir, and employs the use of incense.
Father Seán Connolly is a priest of the Archdiocese of New York. He attended Saint Joseph’s Seminary, Dunwoodie, where he received a Bachelor of Sacred Theology as well as a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts. He currently serves as parochial vicar at the Parish of St. Joseph in Middletown, New York.
Please call the Rectory at 722-1060 with any questions.
The Mass will also be available via Live-Stream:
